Quick fix for dirty dishes
I thought that the chopper was clogged when our dishes were not coming out clean. I took the cover off the chopper and found that the drive shaft had snapped in two and the chopper screen was covered with nasty debris. Found and ordered the part easily and had it in my hands in two days. Insulation was a snap and we were back in business quickly. Hint: cover the bottom of the dishwasher with newspaper when in stalling the small screws that hold the sprayer tube in place. I dropped it and to disassemble the part I had just put in to fish the screw out.

It was easier than I first thought.
The part was easy to install because of good product design and the service. Dishwashers have been around long enough to be fairly easily DIY serviced.
