Evap fan motor replacement

Old fan (16yrs) was making random screeching noises for a month. Easy to replace. Expect to wait a couple minutes for fan to kick in after installation and you close the door or hold the door switch closed. Also expect some popping sounds and vapor to release (I thought I blew up something while waiting for the fan to start - I think the freezer boils off condensate drips before the fan starts)
