Refrigerator bulb for Kemore Refrigerator

The bulb I received was not exact replacement. There were two blubs above the top shelf of my side- by-side Kenmore refrigerator. Only one got fused and the replacement bulb gave dim light and yellowish. The work bulb was brighter and light color was white. Replacing it was not a problem at all, but the quality of light was unacceptable.

Your site product selector is faulty!

This bulb arrived in a padded envelope without any original packaging. It could have easily been broken as the delivery guy left it under the floor mat at my door (not that that's your fault but I wouldn't have felt any kind of way about it had I felt the packaging was secure). And it was the wrong bulb!! After I paid the same price for shipping as the item itself - - just getting my money back for the incorrect item does not seem sufficient.
