Ordered 4 of what is supposed to be an air filter for my string trimmer, and sears parts direct, or whoever runs it now, sent the wrong part. The part number for this air filter on their website is the exact same number another part, an air filter cover assembly, in their system. the first time I ordered, due to back order issues, I waited 60 days for the parts to be delivered, only to receive the air filter cover assembly instead of the air filter. I called in and after speaking to a CSR agent, was told the correct part was reordered, only to have the same incorrect air filter cover assembly shipped again. Now I have to waste more of my time to either try yo get them to send the correct part, or get them to refund my money.
