Not the finish I wanted.

Service and shipping was superb. The grates showed up-I was expecting a glossy easy to clean finish like what I currently have, these new ones are matte. I’m scared to use them because they’ll be disgusting quickly!

Nope

I was told this item was no longer available. Eight months later I receive a package out of the blue. No record, no paperwork. Tried to look it up online and there was no record of the order.

It is not what I wanted - the grates are coarse and unfinished, I wanted the glossy enamel
