I purchased a part from Sears because the website said it was in stock. After they took my money they sent an email saying it was back-ordered. I needed another part a few days later so I called to make sure the part was in stock. I was told that it was so I ordered it. A day later I got an email saying it was back-ordered. I was out over $500 for parts for my business. I was able to cancel one order and got refunded more than a week later. The other order I was not able to cancel and it took weeks to get to me. Also, Sears is over-priced.
