Recieved 2 weeks ago minus some parts. They shipped 2 of the 3 right away. Im still waiting on the 3rd. Its all the hardware to assemble it. Im dead in the water until I get them.

DIdnt fit my mower deck
this was easy to install, instructions were clear and fine. always a learning curve if your first time installing.. the piece that attaches to the mower deck wont attach. there is a steel bar that attaches to the chute that is supposed to go into a bracket (wheel or other) on the front of the mower deck. My deck does not have a wheel or bracket. also the hole for the rear attachment on the deck is also not there. So i have to get a "L" bracket or a ring bolt to attach to deck so that i can use item. My tractor does recommend this product/part number for this application, just the mower deck does not meet the specs. this mower is 15 yrs old its a 270 series so perhaps this isnt a problem with newer mower decks

Did not work,
The adapter did not fit well, even though I confirmed with support that it would fit my mower. We had to make adjustments to be able to attach it to the mower deck. Then it would constantly plug up, it did not feed the grass well at all.

Better than expected!!!
Read reviews that the instructions were unclear and had problems. The instructions were fine. Very easy install. Decent design. This works better than I expected. Wet clippings will clog instantly. Dry clippings almost never clog. Very happy that I purchased this bagger.

Poor Customer Service
I was sent the wrong part. When I called to return I was told no cost to me to return. The amount credited back to me was short the $12.99 shipping. I was charded another $12.99 to ship the correct part back to me.

OK but I'm not counting on it lasting long
I haven't used it much. It assembled easy. Although that was because it was intuitive. The instructions are onerously long and tedious. The problem I foresee is the hard plastic frame above the bag will crack after bumping and vibrating on the metal bag frame. This hasn't happened. But I just bought it two weeks ago. We'll see. But I've had enough experience with harder plastics in rougher environments to know they're short-lived. Hopefully I'm wrong.
