Very easy to install

It only took a few minutes to remove burned out bulb and replace it. I wish it hadn't been a clear bulb because it is very bright. I'll have to get used to the brightness.it was the only bulb offered so i had to get it.,

Too bad I don't have a Lave Lamp

I gave you the serial #, you showed the actual picture of my refrigerator. Then why would you send me a bulb 3 times larger then the one that came out. I wish you would have showed this picture of the bulb before I spent $13.78. 8 dollars just for shipping.

Not even close.

It said it was a match for my model # but the base was large and mine was medium and the shape of the bulb was completely different. Customer service said they would refund my money so they made the experience more tolerable.

Didn't fit! Bulb sent was for different model. Then you weren't allowed to return. Bad service all around.

The employee sent incorrect bulbs for my appliance

Even with my appliance serial number and other identifications the Sears employee sent incorrect light bulbs. His mistake cost me $22.11, with shipping costs for 2 bulbs I can not use.
