great product and pricing

Took less than 10 minutes to install. Was only able to find these replacements on this site. Sears website indicated that they were unable to ship to my address and that I needed to drive over 90 miles to find in store replacements. Highly recommend purchasing from this site. PRoduct was less expensive than anywhere else it was available. Purchased to the shipping break off. Speedy delivery and great packing.

Stardard equipment

The edger blade install easy and work fine but they are the standard blade made for my edgers so that would be expected.

Relatively Easy to Install, But Beware!

Changing out the edger blade is simply a matter of removing a nut and two washers, removing the old blade, and then installing the new blade, the two washers and the nut. However, my 2-pack of blades came with two slightly different quick guides on how to do the change out. Both guides stated what I described above, but one of the guides also stated that the nut had to be removed clockwise and re-installed and tightened counter clockwise. In other words the shaft and nut are reverse threaded. If someone doesn't know this and followed the incorrect guide that was in the pack they would simply be tightening the nut by trying to turn it in the normal counter clockwise direction. The second incorrect card should never have been included in the 2-pack, but I bought two sets of 2-pack replacement blades and both packs had two quick guides, one correct guide and one incorrect guide.

Followed directions broke the dust cup

Do not insert screw driver onto slot that they recommend, instead grab old blade with pliers or vice grip.

purchase edger blades

After waiting on the telephone with the person assisting me, He said, "I found some blades that will replace what you have. When I received the blades they did not fit. the original blade has a 3/8" diameter hole for the shaft to fit into. The blades sent to me had a 3/4 inch hole much to big for my edger. If one can not find a correct replacement, one should not sell me something that does not fit just to get money. I am very disappointed in the saleperson and in Sears. I now have an edger that will need to thrown away because I can not find blades for it.
