Arrived early, replacement as expected

Powerhead connection does not fit.
The power head does not fit the wand connection to the hose. I ordered a wand and the lady on the phone would not help me but said try the web site. I did and a person helped me and I paid for the wand. Has been weeks and still waiting for the wand.
