Took the 6 bolts out. Cleaned everything on the inside. I used a razor knife to remove the old gasket. Put the new gasket on, tightened the bolts back into place. I hooked up the hose and gave it test run. Very small drip. Shut it off, checked the bolts. One bolt tightened down an eighth of a turn. Fired her up again, this time, no leak. Ran the pressure washer for about a half hour, cleaning a small section of my sidewalk. No issues, worked like new. Since this was like a spring cleaning, I changed the oil in both sections of the washer and cleaned the air filter. Should be good to go for the summer.
