Part looked fine, but it was the wrong one. The agent said it would fit the old stove we have, but it didn't. We thought we could do some savage alterations and make it work, and the agent gave us 10% off because we would have to do that. But the husband gave up after examining it more. So we are in a very convoluted process of sending it back and ordering one that another agent assured me was the correct one. Seriously, I HATE your system of returns- I was in a cycle of call this/text this/go to the website that just looped back on itself endlessly.
