I just put a new heating element and still does not heat. I'm thinking one of my wires may be wrong!

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

 I added an image below of the wiring diagram and I traced the heating element circuit for you. Since the heating element requires a 240 volt power supply, make sure the dryer is getting the proper voltage supply or the heater will not work. The voltage supply should measure between 220-240 volts AC when measuring across the two outer terminals on the terminal block where the power cord is attached. NOTE: I do not recommend measuring voltage unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so; otherwise I suggest calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your dryer.
