Can I get expiration dates and schedule maintenance/repairs on the appliances that I have Master Protection Agreements on that are listed in my profile through Manage My Life?
I have a Master Protection Agreement plan on my appliances that are listed on my Manage My Life profile. Can I access information like the expiration date for my agreements? Can I schedule maintenance or repair on my appliances through Manage My Life?

The expiration dates of Master Protection Agreements cannot be accessed through our Manage My Life website. You can call the Sears Protection Agreement Office at 1-800-827-6655 to determine the expiration dates of your agreement contracts. You will need to call Sears at 1-800-4MY-HOME (1-800-469-4663) to schedule service or maintenance checks on your appliances. You can set up a To-Do list with email reminders to schedule maintenance checks for your appliances. You can also use this feature to remind yourself of the expiration dates of Master Protection Agreements on your appliances. The screen shot below shows an example of a To-Do list with a task to schedule maintenance checks.
