Q:

AA battery fell into dryer lint compartment - dangerous?

A:

If the battery sounded like it hit the bottom of the blower housing then the battery will need to be removed because the blower wheel will likely hit it if you was to start the dryer. You may possibly be able to remove the vent hose from the back of the dryer and reach in and around towards the blower and maybe feel and grab the battery and pull it out. If you’re not able to feel the battery then you will need to remove the lint filter and the two screws that were hidden by the lint filter. Remove the rear panel and the 4 screws securing the lint chute to the blower housing. Slide the lint chute over in order to access the blower wheel and housing and you should be able to locate and remove the battery. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before removing the rear panel. See image below.

Q:

I replaced the swivel on my 11622613205 vacuum. I connected wires (y-y, w-w, b-b). It doesn't work. Can you help?

A:

The connections y-y, w-w, b-b, are correct. A wire might have gotten disconnected from the switch or motor in assembly.

I am sending you a wiring schematic for the vacuum. If we can help, send another email.
