Washer Pump Replacement

Thank you for your question.

I should be able to provide you with the instructions for replacing the pump of your washer. First, make sure to unplug the washer and put on a pair of gloves. The metal in the washer is sharp. If the washer still has water in the tub, I recommend using a shop vac to remove as much water as possible. If you have a floor drain, you can lower the drain hose to the floor and most of the water will drain. Then follow the instructions I have provided below. I recommend placing old towels in the bottom of the washer to catch the water that leaks out. Once the new pump is installed carefully, run the washer with the front panel off to check for leak. Make you do not put your hand into the washer when it is plugged in and the panel off.
