Error F21 on Whirlpool Model # WFW9750WW01

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The "F21" fault will display if the drain time exceeds eight minutes. The water valves will be turned off and the drain pump will stop running. Press Pause/Cancel to drain the machine. The display will be cleared and the machine will turn off after a maximum of eight minutes. Using too much HE (High Efficiency) detergent or using the wrong kind of detergent can cause too many suds which can also cause the water level pressure switch to not detect an empty tub of water. The suds can prevent the water level pressure from resetting.

Check the drain hose and the drain pump filter for any restrictions or blockages.

To access the drain pump filter will require removing the front lower access panel. I added an image below showing how to access and remove the drain pump filter cap. NOTE: Be sure to have all the water drained and power cord disconnected before removing the access panel. If the drain pump filter is clean and the washer is not over sudsing, I recommend calling for service before the warranty expires.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
