I assume that you already checked the house drain for your washer. You probably also check the drain hose for a kink or clog.

 

You could have a clog in the filter for the drain pump. You can unplug the washer and access that pump filter as shown in the image below. 

 

If you find no problems in that filter area, then you may have a bad drain pump if it runs but will not drain the washer.

First, unplug the washer from the outlet. then click here to watch a video on how to replace the door lock. The washer in the video is different but the steps are the same. Here is a video that demonstrates the replacement of the bellows on a washer similar to yours; Video . Always unplug or de-energize electrical equipment before removing covers or attempting service. Be careful and wear appropriate hand protection when working around sharp metal parts. The washer in this video may not look exactly like yours but the procedure is basically the same.
