Q:

looking for step by step instructions to install a control panel (part ) into a kitchenaid dishwasher ( KUDS01FLSS2 ). diagrams/photos wd also be great. thx.

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. The control panel is very easy to remove and replace. I added an image below with instructions. NOTE: Disconnect the power supply from the dishwasher before removing the control panel.

I believe you want to remove and replace the interface or control board and not the control panel. The control panel does not include the interface or the control board.

You will still need to remove the control panel in order to remove and replace the interface or control board.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Q:

how do ichange the bake elemnt on my dacor erd30 dual fuel range

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The Bake element is secured to back wall with a couple of screws. There are two wires attached to the male terminals of the bake element which pull off and pushes on. Disconnect the range from the power supply and then open the door and remove the oven racks. Remove the screws securing the bake element to the back panel and then slowly start pulling the bake element toward you. When you have pulled it out for enough to see the wires attached to the male terminals, disconnect the wires from the male terminals by pulling on the female spade terminals and not the by pulling on the wires. After pulling the wires off; make sure the wires to not recoil back through the opening on the back wall. Reverse the procedure to install the new Bake element.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Anonymous: We do not have any other specific instructions on how to remove the convection baffle. I would have to assume there is some type of fasteners/screws securing it to the back wall. I recommend calling a service technician to remove and replace the bake element if you’re not able to remove the convection baffle.
