Q:

How do I fix my Craftsman Professional floor jack that is leaking hydraulic fluid?

A:

I am not able to determine the model of Craftsman Professional floor jack that you have based on the numbers that you submitted. The numbers do not match up to valid model numbers.

I recommend that you have this type of product serviced by a technician.

Without a model number, I cannot see the warranty on this item.

I do not see a service center near Vancouver, WA. You can normally take an item to any Sears store for service. If they do not have a service facility at the store, they will normally ship the item off for service. I recommend contacting your local Sears store to arrange service for this floor jack.

Q:

Replacing bulbs in kenmore microwave

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the lights on the microwave. If both of the bulbs failed at the same time, I would suspect a problem with the wire connection on the main control or a defective main control. To determine the problem you have to remove the access panel. We do not recommend a customer service the microwave because of the high voltage a microwave generates and can store. The microwave can still have a lethal charge even when unplugged. It is strongly recommended to have a service technician service the microwave. You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Q:

my lanwmower wont stay running because the choke will not stay open someone changed the carberator on it is there wa way to keep it open?

A:

Without a model number, I can't see what kind of carburetor or choke you have.

On some mowers when you move the throttle lever to advance the speed, the choke is opened by the carburetor linkage. There is no way to keep this from happening.

Be sure the gas in the lawnmower is not older than 5 weeks or has fuel stabilizer in it. Old or bad gas will cause the engine to die when it accelerates. The carburetor might also need cleaning or rebuilding.
