Q:

I ordered part # 7129716 (seal kit). supposed to have 5 orings, but came with 6 orings. I need to know part # of all orings came with kit

A:

Thank you for your question on the o-rings in the kit.

There should be 6 o-rings type seals in that kit.

Starting from the top the cover of the rotor there will be:

1. O-ring 7/16 X 5/8. 2. O-ring 3/4 X 15/16. 3. Large O-ring 3 3/8 X 3 5/8. 4. Rotor seal with the cross hatch pattern. 5. O-ring seal 3/8 X 9/16. 6. This seal a figure 8 style.

I would suggest however that if you also replace the rotor and disc part number 7199232.

Anytime you are going to replace the rotor seal you need to replace the rotor and disc that mates with the seal.

I hope this will help.

Sam A.

Your are right, in that there should not be any extra pieces. You are sure it is not # 72 in the picture for the drain which is down in the drain seal area and spring? Could it be the one for the sensor, but that is on the outside of the rotor. There are two on the venturi but that is also on the outside. I do not see any other o-rings. You might want to call the water softener customer support line @ 1-800-426-9345. Sam A.

Q:

I am searching for the cylinder sleeve/compression ring kit for my oil less 5 Hp Craftsman air compressor.

A:

The sleeve and o-ring for the piston come in a kit that includes the piston. The part number for the kit is kk-4835 and the price is around $40.00. The o-rings that seal the head and pressure plate are part numbers SSG-8156 and ACG-45, the cost for them is around $10.00.

You can see the parts diagram and list for your compressor at [www.searspartsdirect.com]. You can verify the part numbers and add anything else you want.
