Question and Answers

Q:

which type of plug is used on the 12" craftsman radial arm saw

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting the correct power cord for the radial arm saw.

Without the model number I can only give you a general answer.

I you owner's manual it will tell you if your model is switch able from 120-220. It should also list the part number for the power cord.

The 12 inch radial saw could have one of two different cords.

Some of these saws were convertible from 120 to 240 if they had that motor.

A regular 120 cord would be a 15 amp 120 volt 16/3 three prong standard cord.

If the motor is set to the 240 volt setting you will need a different 15 amp 16/3 240 volt cord.

I hope this is what you are looking for.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.
