Can you help with my treadmill, Proform 580 SI?

I apologize, I don't have anything to distinguish between the red and green lights. I am sending you an image of the information in the tech manual describing the led's on the power board.

If the information sent doesn't help you correct the problem, send another email and describe what happened when the treadmill stopped. Could you start it back? What did you do to restart? Where there other symptoms before the treadmill stopped? What happens when you try to start the treadmill? We will be glad to try to help.

We don't have a pressure washer like your to look at to see what you are describing as an uncapped opening.

The pumps are made for several applications and sometimes have fittings or openings that are not used in this application. If water is not coming out of the opening, don't worry about it.

When a pressure washer doesn't develop high pressure, it is usually because the nozzle on the end of the wand is stopped up or partially stopped up. Remove the orifice and the outlet of the wand and clean it with a piece of wire. With the orifice removed, run water with the pump running through the hose to flush the pump and hose.

The problem can also be the unloader valve in the pump is stuck open. This usually is caused by a buildup of soap or hard water deposits and can be cleaned by removing the unloader valve.

I have checked the model number you have submitted. The part number for the treadmill should be 264179. I have checked with the parts department and there have not been any issues with this part number. I recommend calling the parts department and explain the issue to them. They should be able to correct the problem for you. There is not anyway to install the belt wrong.

Please let me know if you have any other problems with the belt.
