Question and Answers

Q:

I need 2 Part 220010N handles for a 18.5" Square Charcoal Grill w/Fold able Leg (BBQ-PRO). Do you carry these?

A:

We don't seem to have parts for BBQ-PRO grills. I am sending you a link to a page on the internet that has information about BBQ-PRO grill parts.

Q:

Why does my dishwasher 665.13893 not have access tabs for mounting? Kay W. -personal Solutions manager EXPERT about 2 hours ago I did not see anything listed

A:

I reviewed the installation instructions. I understand your frustration and confusion regarding the mounting brackets. I provided some images below that may help you understand this process better. The first image shows the mounting bracket in the original position. The pliers are pointed at the metal tabs in the back of the bracket that need to be flattened out so that the bracket can be removed and moved down to the side mount area. Flatten the tabs and then move the bracket to the side as shown in the second image. You will probably need to snap or cut off the bracket at the area circled in the 4th image to prevent the bracket from sticking out once you install the dishwasher. Your dishwasher may have a hole in the seal that is shown in that 3rd image. This may be the caps that are being described in the instructions. Page 13 shows the step for securing the dishwasher to the side of the counter. If you are not able to use the size of screw that is recommended, you can use a different size and a washer if necessary to secure the dishwasher to the side of the counter.

I hope that this additional information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details (digital pictures if possible). We will be glad to help you further.

Sorry for the confusion and the time that you had to spend on this issue.

Q:

I recently purchased a slide in range and find that there is about a 2" space between the wll and the range. How do we install this so that it is flush with w

A:

There is normally a rear trim piece available like the one shown in the first image below that will fill in the 2" gap behind the slide-in range. You can check the parts list diagram for your model of range on the Sears PartsDirect

The second image shows how to install the rear trim on a typical Kenmore slide-in range.

This information may help you resolve your installation problem. If you need more help, reply with additional details and the full model number of your range.
