Question and Answers

Q:

My Whirlpool electric oven quit working. The error code "E3F2" keep coming on the display screen after I have disconnect the oven from the power several times.

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The "F2-E3" fault code will display if key was pushed and held too long or the key or key pad is shorted. Press "Cancel". If the error code returns after 60 seconds, replace the control panel/keypad assembly.

I added an image below to reference if you're going to remove and replace the control panel/key panel. NOTE: Disconnect the oven from the power supply before removing and replacing the control panel/keypad.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

A:

Mrs. Lee: The fault code E0/F2 indicates the key pad is not connected to the control board. Recheck the connections on the control board. Be sure to disconnect the power supply before checking.
