Q:

Is 330 and DV520agp the same?

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to know if the two different model dryers would be the same for changing the LP kit.

I am going to assume that the 330 model also starts with the prefix DV. Since they are both the DV series dryer designs you would access them the same way.

I hope this will help.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thank you for the update. You are right the directions are not very clear as to how to remove the front panel. The way the pictures look is to remove the screws inside and below the door opening. With the top removed there are two screws on the top front inside that secure the front panel. Try to follow the images below. You will have to remove the burner assembly once you get the front panel off. The LP kit should have instructions on how to do the conversion. I hope this will help. Sam A.

Thank you for the update. If you look with the door open it looks like the screws are covered by the door. It also shows there are two screws at the top under the top panel. Some of the manufactures then want you to lift or pull on the front panel. They will either have a slide lock in the cabinet with hooks and you lift the panel to release. Or they will have frictions catches and you can pull on the front panel to break it loose. I am sure you are more than capable of doing this, and once we figure how to get the cabinet off for the first time it will be fine. As you say the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Sam A.

I am sorry you are having so many problems with the laundry pair. Have you made sure both water valves are turned on? It sounds like it is not getting any cold water. We usually recommend that you have your LP gas provider to the conversion of the dyer. Have you contacted them or is that the technician that is coming out on Monday? Sam A.

Q:

how do I R & R this part touchpad #97013466

A:

There is not a procedure available for the replacement of the touchpad on that older Kenmore range hood. These general tips may help you complete that repair:

Shut off the house circuit breaker to disconnect electrical power and remove the filter on the side that has that touchpad. You may be able to disconnect that wires and pull that touchpad out after removing that filter. If not, then you may need to remove the blower motor and/or other components. The owner's manual/installation guide will normally provide directions for removing the blower motor. You may need to pull the range hood down to access that touchpad. You can view the parts image for the blower on this page: Kenmore Range Hood Model 233.5548910 Parts . The parts diagram may help you access and replace that part.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician replace that touchpad, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .

Q:

Gas Footvalve R&R JGP330EP2BG

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Yes, the glass top must be taken off to access the burner valve. I added an image below with the procedure of removing the glass top. NOTE: Turn the gas supply off and disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
