Q:

Why doesn't my recently purchased (4/22/11) 2-cycle gas mini-tiller start more easily

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wondering why the tiller is so hard to start and restart when hot.

From you description it sounds like you are doing the starting procedure as illustrated in the manual correctly.

It sounds like the air fuel mixture for the engine is not correct or the spark plug may be the issue.

Since this unit is under warranty/protection agreement I would suggest that you take the unit in to be serviced.

If you start taking the unit apart it could void your warranty.

Please reply if you need more information on the mini tiller.

Q:

Have an Elite Kenmore purchased 11/22/2004 top load washer model110-24962301 need to replace lid switch.

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem opening the console. When you are pushing on the putty knife push the top of the console back. This should unclip the console. I have also found a video that shows how to open the console to replace the motor coupler. Just watch the portion that shows how to open the console. Please click here to watch the video .

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
