Q:

Problem with a Poulan Pro 325 Weed trimmer

A:

Thank you for your question. I am sorry; we do not have written instructions for the routing of the fuel lines on your product. Our technicians are thought the basic routing because the routing cannot change much from year to year. If you have one large fuel line and one smaller this eliminates some chance for error. If you have 2 small fuel lines to the carburetor connect them and start the engine. Reversing the fuel lines will not prevent the engine from starting. If you have them connected backwards, the engine will start and die. Reverse them and you will be correct. The routing of the fuel lines vary from model to model. Keep in mind that the primer bulb circulates fuel from the tank, through the carburetor, and back into the fuel tank. One line goes from the fuel tank to the carburetor. One line goes from the fuel tank to the primer bulb, from the primer bulb to the carburetor, and back to the fuel tank. The small line in the fuel tank should have the filter attached to it. I have added a sketch below of how the fuel should flow in the circuit.  I have found a video I think will be useful. Please click here to watch a video on how the fuel lines are routed.  If you need further assistance, please submit more details.     If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired by a Sears  technician.  Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations:  Sears Home Services.   Thank you for using Manage my life. Mark T.

Q:

new convection microwave calibrates at 325 degrees

A:

I understand your concern with your new convection microwave but I do not have a clear understanding of the problem. Having the model number would also be helpful. The actual convection temperatures will likely be a little less than what is shown in the display because of the convection feature. Convection will cook faster so the temperature is lower than what is displayed or programmed.

If you feel that your new convection microwave is not operating correctly I suggest calling and setting up a service appointment to have it checked out.
