Q:

Transformer PN: 751577002 output voltage

A:

Thank you for your question on the output voltage on the transformer on the motor control board for the sewing machine.

I am sorry but what you are asking for is information that is not available. Because if the transformer is bad or the control is not working the transformer or the control board would be replaced and that information would not be needed ever for the service department.

I would suggest that you order the original transformer and then have a 220 European voltage converter to 120 volts US installed to the outlet for the sewing machine or on the end of the power cord for the sewing machine.

My suggestion would be to have a friend or family member in the US order the new replacement transformer for you and then they will need to mail it to you in Germany.

Neither Sears nor the manufacturer’s parts supplier in the US does international part orders.

I am sorry that I could not help you more with this issue.

Q:

How do. Install range igniters, pn wb13t10010

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details the electrodes are not the problem. There is switch located below each burner knob sitting on top of the gas valve. The switch is likely faulty or has come disengaged from the top of the burner valve and the whole switch assembly may have rotated. If the switch assembly is rotating instead of the inner part of the switch, the switch will not close and complete the path of voltage to the spark module.

You will need to remove the main top in order to access the switches.

To remove top:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the power source.
  • Remove the Control knobs
  • Remove the screws securing the burner bases.
  • Remove the electrode wire from the electrode.
  • Lift cook top off.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
