Q:

How do I organize my office?

A:

If you have papers that will not likely be needed within the next 3 months or more, then you can likely box these and get them out of your way. Make sure that you are not saving paper unnecessarily. Unless you need them for tax purposes, you normally only need to save old bills for about 2 months until your next bill comes and you can verify that it was paid and recorded properly. If the papers that you have are not going to be accessed often, then you can likely box them and label the boxes. Don't make the boxes too heavy. If you have papers that need to be accessible and organized, I recommend that you use a filing cabinet or sort them in storage boxes. Label any boxes that can be tossed after a year or two so that they don't build up. Shred any personal documents with sensitive private information on them to prevent identity theft. These tips may help you organize your paperwork and eliminate clutter.

Q:

how to install a vcon at my office

A:

From your question and detail along with the attached photo I take it that you want to connect your Xpoint video conferencing equipment to your LCD TV. The TV should have a computer monitor connection that will work with the Xpoint through the VGA plug and if not then the TV should have an HDMI port. You will need to get a DVI to HDMI cable since the Xpoint only has DVI.

Q:

where are the fuses in a GE Spacemaker XL?

A:

There are typically several internal fuses in the microwave but these are components that should only be accessed by a service technician.

The nature of your question indicates that the microwave may not be powering up. If this is the case, here are some tips that may help:

  • Make sure that the microwave is properly plugged into the outlet (usually in the cabinet above the microwave).

  • Check the house circuit breaker for the outlet that the microwave plugs into to make sure that it is not tripped.

  • Plug a small lamp or appliance into the outlet for the microwave to make sure that the outlet is working.

If these tips don't help, then you will likely need to have the microwave serviced. Microwaves are inherently dangerous to service due to high voltage components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the unit is completely unplugged. The microwave must also be checked for microwave leakage following any internal component repair. These are the reasons that a technician should complete any internal component repair (including internal fuses) on a microwave. Here is a link for the Sears Service website in case you need it: Sears Home Services .

NOTE: It may be more economical to replace the microwave instead of repairing it.
