Dishwasher troubleshooting


Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The first thing to try is to flip the house circuit breaker off dedicated for the dishwasher and then flip the breaker back on and see what happens.  

Based on your symptom it sounds like a faulty control panel. The control panel button switch can be tested with an Ohm meter. I added an image below with the information need to test the key pad/control panel.

If the key pad test passes and the door switches are working, then I suspect a faulty control board. The failure is more likely the control panel than the control board.

NOTE: Disconnect the dishwasher from the power source before removing the control panel and disconnecting the flat ribbon connector.
