Question and Answers

Q:

I have a Kenmore canister vacuum. Need to install new Hepa media filter. Which way does it go in? What direction should the black arrow point? Up or down?

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to know which direction to install the filter.

You always put the filter in with the arrows pointing the direction of the air flow.

The filter arrow should be pointing out on this model.

I have given you a picture of the proper filter replacement procedure.

I hope this will help.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Q:

What should the amp reading be on the model mc 2100 controller on my treadmill?

A:

I am sending you a wiring schematic of the treadmill that shows the voltages at the controller. To test to see if you are getting voltage on the blue wire from the console, the connector has to be connected to the controller when testing.

I am also sending you an image of the MC2100 controller that gives some error codes that might help you.
