Question and Answers

Q:

Where can I get a 20" chain for a RM 1635W chain saw (the standard chain is 18") and what is gage, pitch, and number of links for this 20" chain? Thank You

A:

Thank you for your question.

I have looked up the model number you have submitted. This model will take a 16" or 18" chain. According to the Oregon chainsaw site a 20 inch, chain is not available. Even if you were able to find a 20" chain, I do not think the motor would be able to handle the added load.

Please click here to see the chains offered for your saw.

I hope this is helpful.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Q:

How do I remove part (key#20) from part (key#18) in order to get to group 22?

A:

I assume you have pulled the Pump assembly out of the dishwasher already, but if you haven’t it must be removed in order to remove group 22.

I added images with instructions and figure #'s to view as an aide.

Some force and effort will be needed to dislodge the motor after rotating it 1/4 turn.

With the images and instructions I added you should be able to remove the motor.
