Question and Answers

Q:

drying LGBD2432LQ0A Frigidaire Dishwasher

A:

Check to see if the heating element is working. A failure in that component could inhibit drying in the dishwasher.

Keep in mind that plastic items will not dry since they do not retain heat.

Make sure that you are using rinse aid.

Check the temperature of the water supply going to the dishwasher. It should be at least around 120 degrees. Run the hot sink tap for 1 minute and then fill a glass with the hot water. Measure the water temperature in the glass with an accurate thermometer. If the water temperature is not around 120 degrees, then I recommend that you adjust the setting on your water heater. Note: Do not adjust that water temperature setting above 120 degrees. That could cause scalding.

These initial tips may help you with that drying problem in your dishwasher. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.
