Hi Lann,

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

There should only be two wires attached to the moisture sensors at one end, a red and a red with white. I am including the instructions for moisture sensor removal in the images below.

Hi Lann, It does not matter; you can plug this up either way, as long as both wires are connected. I hope this is helpful. Check the things I have covered here, and if I may be of further assistance please reply to this post. Landell

Carrie, Remember this dryer has 2 circuit breakers in the electrical panel in the wall. I am including a wiring diagram in the images below. If you have a multimeter and are comfortable with live voltage checks, check the wall outlet (second image below). WORKING WITH LIVE ELECTRICAL CURRENT CAN BE VERY HAZARDOUS AND POSSIBLY DEADLY. DO NOT ATTEMPT THESE MEASUREMENTS WITHOUT THE PROPER TOOLS AND SAFEGUARDS. IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY SURE YOU CAN PERFORM THESE CHECKS SAFELY AND COMPETENTLY, REFER THIS WORK TO A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL. If the wall outlet is good check the points on the control board I have marked in red to the cabinet. If you have 120 volts there, you will need to replace the control board. Make sure the door is closed when making these checks. I hope this is helpful. Check the things I have covered here, and if I may be of further assistance please reply to this post. Landell
