Question and Answers

Q:

Adjusting doors on Kitchenaid side by side

A:

Thank you for your question.

To align the doors you need to adjust the front leveling legs. The leveling screws are behind the grille. To remove the grille on your model, the filter has to come out first. Once the filter is removed, pull the grille off. Then tighten the leveling screw on the side that has the lower door. I have provided you with an image below sowing how to align the doors. Please use the image to aid in aligning the doors. When you reinstall the filter run a gallon of water out of the dispenser. This will purge the air out of the system.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
