Q:

Coupling KSB5WH4 Kitchenaid Blender

A:

Thank you for your question on the removal of the drive coupling on the Kitchen Aid mixer.

You will need a hammer and a punch to remove the drive coupling from the Kitchen Aid mixer.

Please make sure that the blender is unplugged and position the punch on the left side of the drive coupling and do quick taps with the hammer to unscrew clockwise to remove the coupling. This coupling has reverse threads.

If the coupling no longer has any lugs left on the coupling use a flat bladed screw driver to set position it in one of the holes in the coupling and drive it off with the hammer.

I have found a video that should help you with this process.

Kitchen Aid drive coupling removal .

I hope this will help.
