Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you with replacing the lift lever.

  1. Remove the battery and the battery tray.
  2. Disconnect the lift links that are connected to the lift lever. There should be a R-pin in each one.
  3. Remove the bolts that secure the right side plate that the lift lever goes through.
  4. Remove the C-clips that secure the lift lever to the side plates. Then remove the right side plate.
  5. Remove the lift lever from the tractor.
  6. Use a hammer and punch to drive the roll pin out of the inter wire of the lift lever.
  7. Pull the inter wire out the top of the lift lever and remove the grip.
  8. Reassemble the tractor in the reverse order.

I hope this is helpful.

Q:

Maytag 3000 model 464MHWE300F

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

It's very unusual that the washer does not display a fault/error code in the display. Without it displaying a fault code it will be difficult to diagnose the failure. Based on the symptom it could have a faulty door lock assembly.

You could try entering the error history. Note: The washer must be empty and the control must be in the OFF state.

I added the instructions in the image below.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post. Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the tractor. I would like to know if the tractor will only die if the brake is released or if it will die no mater what. If the engine will only die if the brake is released I recommend checking the seat switch. Your Tractor uses an Operator Presence (seat) switch that will cause engine to stall if blades are engaged or the brake is released without anyone on the seat. If ample amount of weight is not kept on the seat during operation or the operator is leaning forward the tractor will stall because the Operator Presence (seat) switch senses that the operator is not completely on the seat.

To check Operator Presence (seat) switch:

  1. Lift seat.
  2. Locate wires that connect to Operator Presence (seat) switch under the seat.
  3. Disconnect and clean any debris in the switch connector. Use an ohmmeter to check the switch. When the switch is not pushed, the reading should be 0 ohms (closed). When pushed it should read ol ( open load )
  4. Make sure the connector is fully seated on the seat switch. The connector is a special connector that will short the two wires if it is not fully seated.

I hope this is helpful.
