Question and Answers

Q:

Why does my Oasis HE washer display the hc code?

A:

The HC fault code indicates that the control board senses that the hot and cold water supply lines are reversed. I recommend checking the water hose connections on the back of your washer. If they are reversed, then switching them should correct this problem.

Q:

My kenmore elite top load washer flashes a HC when the wash cycle is completed. What does it mean?

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The "HC" indicates that the Hot and Cold water supply lines are reversed. Shut the cold and hot water supply valves off and then remove and reverse the hot and cold water fill hoses on the washer and then see if it continues to display "HC".

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Q:

Belt for an old drill press. Model: 113.21371 11321371 Craftsman Craftsman 15-1

A:

Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you. I looked up the model number you submitted. The part number for the drive belt is 71138. I looked up the part on our website and it shows this part number is a knob. I think when the information was being put in the wrong information was submitted. I posted the information for the belt that I have below. Just click on the image to enlarge it. If you order the part from the following link, I suspect you will receive the correct belt. Craftsman tractor parts

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

A:

David ,

I posted a direct link to the part below. The description of the part is a knob but as I mentioned before I think the description is wrong. Another option you have it to purchase the belt locally. Just remove the belt and take it to your local auto parts store. Napa would be the best. They should have a belt-measuring tool to measure the old belt.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life. Mark.
