Question and Answers

Q:

Hello I have a Frigidaire oven model FES367DBA. The main burner tends to stay on even when we switch it to off. What part do I need to replace to fix this? Thx

A:

Your details seem to indicate that the bake element is staying on constantly after the oven is shut off using the control. If this is the case, then you will probably need to replace that clock control board in the console (part 318185447). If you are certain that you need that part based on the above description, then you can order it from the Sears PartsDirect website. Here is a direct link for that part: Timer Clock Control . You can shut off the house circuit breaker for the range to completely disconnect electrical power and access that clock control board in the console as shown in the image below. If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

If you are not certain that the bake element is staying on after the oven is shut off using the control, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I added three images below with the procedure of removing the glass top. NOTE: Disconnect the range from the power supply before servicing.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
