Question and Answers

What part do I need to get my dryer to heat again?

First, I added an image of the wiring circuit for your dryer. The first thing I recommend doing is locating the 2 designated breakers for your dryer in your house breaker box and flip both breakers off and back on 2-3 times and recheck the dryer for heat. If the L2 break trips the dryer will run, but it won't produce any heat.

As you look at the wiring diagram you can follow the circuit to heaters. On the L2 circuit if the motor centrifugal switch is not closing the heater will not work. On the L1 side of the heater circuit if the timer contact TB and TA does not close it will not heat. If the high limit or high drum outlet thermostats are open it will not heat. And if timer contacts TY and TS do not close it will not heat.

With this said I cannot advise which part would most likely fix the problem without using test equipment (volt/ohm meter) to diagnose the failed part.

I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your dryer if resetting the breakers does not fix your problem.
