Hi Scott,

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

I am sorry you are having problems with your dishwasher.

The first thing I recommend checking is the float on the overfill switch. If it is getting stuck your dishwasher will not fill. Other than that, you most likely have a control board issue. The remaining checks will require the use of an ohm/volt meter and you will have to perform ohm checks and/or live voltage checks. If you have a meter and are confident in your ability to safely perform these checks, reply to this post and I will be happy to assist you in any way I can.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Thanks again for using Manage My Life.

Hi Scott, Here is the entire service cycle diagnostics and wiring diagram. You will need to run the service cycle and determine what component is not functioning. Once this has been established, you can manually close the door switches and check voltage to that component from the control board. If you have voltage at the control board check it again at the component. This will help you determine whether it is a control issue, wiring issue, or a component issue. If all components work in the service cycle, you have a programming issue with the control. Please perform the diagnostic tests detailed here and report back with your findings. I am looking forward to assisting you again in the near future. Thanks again for using Manage My Life. Landell
