Question and Answers

Q:

My washer says n/d

A:

Hi Ruth,

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

I am sorry you were unable to get service sooner.

I am including the service information for checking a no drain issue in the images below. If your washer has water left in it after the drain cycle, remove the rear panel and check for drain system restriction. If the washer drains, perform the board input and output tests.

Please perform the diagnostic tests detailed here and report back with your findings. Be sure to record any failures and when they occur along with any error codes that are displayed. I am looking forward to assisting you again in the near future.

Thanks again for using Manage My Life.

Thank you for you patience of finding this part. I have discovered that this part is part of the slide assembly and you will have to replace the slide. The part number for the slide is: M12923. I have listed the part in the link below. Would it be possible to use a pop rivet gun and a pop rivet to reattach the part? Sam A.

Q:

Craftsman P/N 874177-00

A:

Thank you for your question on the old saw part number.

You are correct in that this part is no longer available.

Since this saw was built by Black and Decker you may be able to find a part from them.

The Black and Decker model is a 9425- type 1 or 2.

I do not know what the size and LH thread are on the blade retainer screw.

You might try the link above to see if they can provide it.

I hope this will help.
