Question and Answers

Q:

How do I change -or even get at- the belt that turns the brush on a Dyson DC28 vacuum?

A:

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to repair the vacuum so the roller brush will work again.

I would suggest that you take the vacuum into an authorized Dyson repair station.

The drive system for your Dyson is replaced as an assembly and will need to be done by a Dyson repair station. This Dyson vacuum has some parts covered for 5 years and this may be one of them.
