Question and Answers

Q:

Thermador Oven CT130 (white) not heating, Hi-Temp Reset location

A:

The high temperature cut-out may be under the cover that is on top of the control compartment. With the circuit breaker for the oven shut off , remove the screws that are circled in the image below and remove that cover. There may be more screws that I don't see. Once you get the cover off, you will see the controls with lots of wires. You may find the high temperature cut-out with the reset switch on the right side under the wires.

NOTE: There is also a thermostat for the fan next to the control board but that thermostat should not have a reset switch.

If you do not find the thermostat in this area, then you may be able to trace the wires going to it. The wiring diagram in the second image shows the wires that are connected to the high temperature cut-out. There will be tons of wires in the control area. This may be difficult. If you are able to trace one of the wires that goes to the high temperature cut-out switch, you may be able to determine the location.

I hope that this information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.
