Q:

looking for AVR for niagara alternator

A:

Thank you for your question.  I will be happy to assist you. I looked up the model number you submitted. I could not find your exact model anywhere. I was able to find a similar model that has the same set up. The bridge rectifier for that model is part number 28293. That part is no longer available. You may be able to find one online. I wish you luck. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using Manage my life.Mark

Q:

2700 PSI 5 in 1 Nozzle

A:

Thank you for your question on the pressure washer o-ring coming out of the nozzle.

Without the model number I can only give you some suggestions about the o-ring replacement.

You may have to replace the o-ring if it came out of its location or you could simply put it back into the nozzle for the mean time an then order some new replacement o-rings.

If this machine is new and under warranty I would suggest taking it in to be serviced before the warranty expires.

Please reply with the model number of the pressure washer and I will be glad to give you a more definitive answer.

I am thinking that it is model 580.752890.

Thank you for your comments and suggestions and I will pass this information onto the quality group.

Q:

my 2700 psi power washer will not start

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the pressure washer. I will be happy to assist you. I recommend pulling the starter rope about 6 times. Then remove the spark plug and look at the end. If the plug is dry, the problem is likely in the carburetor. If the end of the plug is wet, we know it is getting fuel. Then I recommend checking the engine for compression. To check the compression, put your finger over the spark plug hole to seal it off. While holding your finger over the hole, have a helper pull the starter rope. The compression from the engine should blow past your finger. If it does not, the problem is going to be internal.

I hope this is helpful. If you need further assistance diagnosing the engine, please reply below with more details and the model number.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired by a Sears technician. Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .
