I am sorry and do understand your frustration when having trouble with the range.

Glad to help out.   Im  looking at your whrilpool model number WFE364LVS0.

I am sorry for the diagnosis but I know at first glance telling me  you had trouble with the burners and with the oven at the same time that I would of also guessed it to be the control board.   Taking the oven by itself.   It is working but not getting the right temperature setting.   There is an oven sensor (took the place of the old thermostats) inside.  Looks like a straight bar.    


1st please unlug the oven before you test the sensor.  YOu will need to disasseble parts of the oven and you sure dont want to get a shocking situation or get burned.

2nd you will need the use of a multimeter to test the voltage.  The oven sensor bust read 1100 ohms while at room temperature.  If the meter shows the sensor not reaching that then needs to be replaced.  If  you don't feel comforable doing this then must recommend you calling a Sears Technician at 1-800-469-4663.

You say the stove top burners wont get red when on high.  Is it every burner or just particular ones?  Was there a power outage by chance?  

If all the burners went out at once and you have changed the control board and still having the same trouble I would write our people directly.
