Weedeater Mower Model WE261

Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you with removing the steering wheel. First, you will need a small screwdriver to remove the insert on the top of the steering wheel. Insert the screwdriver under the insert and pry up. There might be a few tabs on the under side of the steering wheel that have to be pushed for the insert to release. Once the insert is removed, use a wrench to loosen the large nut securing the steering wheel. Then pull up on the wheel and it will come off. I have also included the instructions for installing the steering wheel in the image below. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reply below with more details.
