Q:

brush does not turn??

A:

Thank you for your question on the vacuum cleaner roller brush not turning.

First have you pushed the reset button on the top of the nozzle assembly to make sure you have power going to the brush motor?

If that is set then it could be the tip switch out of position for the handle down inside the motor housing.

You will need to remove the dust box cover and remove the eleven screws to remove the top cover of the dust box and motor cover.

Once you have that removed you will see the pivot handle switch on the left side of the opening.

If the switch is working then in that same area is the motor power control board for the roller brush.

It will have an electronic component called a triac that may be open.

If you do not feel comfortable taking the vacuum apart you can take in to the store for service. I will give you the web-site so you can find a store near you for service.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired by a Sears technician. Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .

Please let me know what you find out and if need be we can continue to troubleshooting the problem.

Q:

Drain Plan

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. The defrost drain pan is located behind the lower rear panel located at the back of the refrigerator. In order to access the drain pan; remove the cardboard barrier at the back of the refrigerator. NOTE: Be sure to reinstall the cardboard panel otherwise your refrigerator will not cool properly.

I added an image below to reference. The drain pan is key #260.

Q:

Parts for door for Sharp R-1851 Microwave

A:

Thank you for your question on the Sharp microwave door parts.

I am sorry, but we do not give repair information on microwave ovens because they are inherently dangerous to service. Microwaves contain high voltage internal components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the microwave is completely unplugged. Door repairs and adjustments, even minor ones, can cause microwave leakage, and a microwave shielding leakage test must be preformed using a survey meter after any microwave service. That's why I strongly warn you to have this repair handled only by a qualified service technician. You can schedule service online with Sears Home Services or by calling 1-800-4MY-HOME.

Normally at Manage My Life.com we like to help you with all of your repairs, but our expert advice is that microwaves are just too dangerous.

Model number specific 5-02A is for your model.

5-06 is the glass stopper, not the glass which is 5-3A for your MW.

I am sorry that I cannot help you anymore than this.
