My new Craftsman 550 mower keeps dying. Why?
Old or bad fuel is the primary cause of new mowers starting and dying. Be sure the fuel in the mower is not over 4 weeks old.
If the fuel you are using is fresh, take the mower to a Sears Parts and Service Center or a Sears Retail Store for repair.
